Get to know us!

Hello!! I thought you should get to know who we all are.

So let's start with the oldest. Age before beauty and all that.

Jon is our Disney dad / husband. He's the glue that keeps all all together and I'd say has the most patience out of the both of us. As well as his love for Disney, he is a huge movie and music buff which is great for a Disney Cruise line quiz! He's very supportive of all of us and it doesn't take much to get him on board with the idea of another Disney trip.

• Favourite ride or attraction TOWER OF TERROR (at DLP)

Hayden (AKA Hayd) is our first born and is obsessed with space and Stitch, which go hand in hand really. He loves theme parks too; Disney Parks and those in the UK. He is happiest when he is doing the things he loves. Hayden was diagnosed with ADHD when he was 7, and autism at the age of 10 so its been a long road of discovery for all of us. These additional needs do not define him though. He is very much a force to be reckoned with and knows what he wants, and has dreams of working for NASA.

• Favourite ride or attraction is BIG THUNDER MOUNTAIN

Estella (AKA Boo) is the youngest, and is our little tornado. She is the type of kid who loves to dress up and twirl in a tutu while jumping in muddy puddles! She is always dancing and singing and currently wants to be a princess when she grows up, which isn't a bad thing to want to be. She loves being at Disney, watching her favourite films and programs, and has a HUGE collection of plushies.

• Favourite Disney food is MICKEY WAFFLES (she thinks eating him makes him sad)

• Favourite ride or attraction IT'S A SMALL WORLD

Now onto me: Sam, Disney Mum and Wife. I'm obsessed with Disney or so I'm told by all my family and friends. Disney brings me so much joy and has got me though some really tough days. I deal with depression and anxiety on a daily basis and it can be really hard at times, but having trips and things to look forward to really does help. You could say Disney is my therapy! I'm a huge lover of The Nightmare Before Christmas and Alice in Wonderland.

Here we are on Kilimanjaro Safari in Animal Kingdom

As a family we love being out and about. We are always looking for our next adventure, whether its just a day out or a big holiday to Walt Disney World. I think I speak for us all when I say if we could live at theme parks we would, they are truly our happy place.
